Characteristics and Application:
Table concentrator is a mine selecting machine for fine materials and it works by gravity.
It is widely used in selection of Tin, tungsten, gold, silver, lead, zinc, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, ferrotitanium and coal. Our company has long history of table concentrator production; we provide variety of table concentrators with high processing capacity, high recovery rate and high enrichment ratio.
Working principle:
The ore processing with concentrator table is on the lean table board with raffles. The ore is fed in by the ore feeding chute upper table board; meanwhile, the water is fed by water feeder transversely. Under the impact of vibrating wave, the materials go on vertical and horizontal movement as per the different proportion and granularity. The ores with different proportion and granularity move down in ladder-shipped state along with their own movement, then discharge from the fine concentrate end and tailings end, finally they are separated out to fine concentrate, middle concentrate and tailings.
